“Name Your Price” empowers you to negotiate a lower price for an item just like in real life! You have the opportunity to set your own price and buy an item at a lower price than the advertised website price. One click can literally save you a bunch of money! Here is how it works:

When you see an item that you love, go to the product page to see if we are accepting offers. If we are, you will see a “Name Your Price” button. Click that button, and you will be able to submit an offer. Our system will check your offer to determine if it is reasonable. In about 15 seconds or less, you will get a response. If your offer is acceptable, all you have to do is proceed to the checkout and buy the item at the price you set. If your offer is too low or unreasonable, the system may either decline your offer or counter it with a more reasonable amount.

The system's algorithms rely on many factors before accepting, declining or countering an offer. Unlike traditional marketplaces, your offer is non-binding. You do not have to buy the item if your offer is accepted, although it would be nice to take advantage of a sweet deal since the algorithms are always changing!
