Protect Your Eyewear Purchase with Accidental Damage Coverage
In today's world, it seems like the unexpected is bound to happen anytime, even to durable and long lasting products. We've been there ourselves! Sitting on that precious new pair of sunglasses or watching it slip and fall off a table in a restaurant.
We are very excited to announce that we are now offering accidental damage protection plans for your sunglasses or eyeglasses purchase. It's an easy and affordable way to cover your assets and give yourself peace of mind!
Every Protection Plan is backed by an insurance policy.
We've partnered with Clyde to allow you to purchase protection plans for your eyewear purchase. Clyde handles claims covered by your protection plan. When you purchase a protection plan, you’ll check out exactly how you normally would. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us for your purchase, as well as an email from Clyde with information about your protection plan including terms and conditions.
Coverage plans are available from one to three years. Once you add an eligible item to your cart, you will have the option to add the desired coverage.
The protection plans cover the following:
Lens Failures
Failure of the lens coating, scratches across the lens, or cracked lenses.
Broken Frames
Frames that become bent or broken (including the arms and nose pads) from accidents.
Reimbursement
Hassle-free online claims experience with quick replacement of your product or reimbursement of the price paid.
It is also important to note that if you return your purchase within our return period, your plan will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
The protection plans do not cover lost or stolen items or pet damage. See terms and conditions for details.
